Sustainability

We are and will continue to be, a responsible player who takes responsibility, follows laws and regulations and does the right thing in all situations. Creating Sweden's most inspiring cities and attractive places is our way of making life in the city better, for everyone.

We help our tenants make sustainable choices, we work hard to reduce our fossil emissions, optimize our energy use, continuously certify our properties, reduce our and our tenants' water use, promote diversity and equality and engage in social issues that contribute to urban development. We comply with our code of conduct, which is based on the UN Global Compact, which means that we must contribute to the global goals and are a natural partner in the work to achieve them.

To actively work to reduce our carbon dioxide emissions is to secure the future of our company and we have set a goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2045. We therefore aim to achieve fossil-free management and to build climate-neutral by 2030.
